Mystery of the missing women

There should be more women than men in the world: that is not a sexist statement, it is a fact. Though men are often seen as more resilient and stronger, according to Mayfield Geographic Department, women are actually hardier, have a better chance of survival at every stage of life, and have a longer life expectancy; yet there are more men than women. Demographic experts say this is the result of continued preference to males in Asian countries like China.

It's All Good!

I haven't updated my blog in so long I'm surprised they haven't cancelled it. The guy who was the subject of "Cats Who Love Dogs" and I made up- but now we're broke up. I did what was best for both of us and ended the relationship. And it's all good. Since I broke up with that former special someone of mine, I got admitted and offerred a scholarhsip to my first-choice college, I'm becoming a god-mother (which is good & bad- good a beautiful baby is coming into the world, but maybe bad timing for the mother- she at least seems to be really happy so it might not be to her), and I have time to do whatever I please. No worrying about some guy and where he is or anything else, except for the precious bundle of joy that is, or at least will be, my god-child coming into the world in mid to late October. College will be a new adventure and so will this new role I'm assuming in life and I can't wait to see where they take me.
