My Newest Addiction

My new favorite series is the Twilight series. For some reason this series draws very strong opinions, positive and negative-very few people "kinda like" or "kinda don't like" the books. I love them myself. Like the title says, I'm addicted.

It's about this ordinary girl Bella Swan who moves to a place she hates-Forks, WA- to live with her father so her mother can move around with her new baseball player husband. There she falls for a fellow student, seventeen-year-old Edward Cullen, who turns out to be a vampire-he's been seventeen "for a while". She constantly gets into trouble-trouble only Edward and his "vegetarian" (no feeding on humans) family can get her out of. Werewolves are added to the mix in New Moon (second book in the series), the main one being Bella's best friend Jacob Black. It's a great series by Stephenie Meyer-but don't believe the hype one way or another; if you're into romance, fantasy, or both read the books and decide for yourself.
